Social Media Policy is a MUST for any organization. This set of guidelines and rules that all staff should adhere to while using social media for both professional and personal reasons is usually long and not the most entertaining piece of content so the eternal questions of most companies is: how can we  make sure that all employees READ, UNDERSTOOD and will COMPLY to our social media policy? It seems that the Department of Justice in Victoria, Australia has found the answer – earlier this year they made a 4-minute social media policy video clip for their staff!
